For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending on your country's customs rules and regulations. Pecchenino is not responsible for this duty. Lawfully, we cannot change the value order on commercial invoices as we must adhere to all international import and export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any shipping charges, duties/taxes and the original shipping charge.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you have any concerns before making your purchase, please contact us at info@pecchenino.co.nz and we are more than happy to assist you on advice prior to purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days from the delivery date. Please email us on info@pecchenino.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it in. Please note, we do not cover return shipping charges, and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

FAULTY PRODUCT POLICY

If in the unlikely circumstance your order is faulty, we will endeavour to exchange or process a full refund. Please contact info@pecchenino.co.nz if your product is faulty.

If you believe a fault has occurred in the first 6 months of wear, please contact info@pecchenino.co.nz for a replacement.
